Our Casual tumble classes are designed to cater for all skill levels. With two highly qualified coaches per class, we are able to customise drills and guidance depending on individual athlete needs, from basics like cartwheels through to twisting skills. This is a great option for anyone looking to get some extra tumbling time in outside of squad training, or not wanting to commit to term-long private classes.
Open Gym is the perfect chance to come in and work on existing skills or drills for new skills in a safe environment. Whilst this session is supervised, it is not coached like a traditional class, so athletes should come prepared with something to work on – be that a stunt, tumbling skill or even routine sequence.
