Dip your toe in the water with our entry level, recreational cheerleading program!

No experience is necessary for this fun class which has been specially created for learning all the basics. Our one-of-a-kind dynamic recreational cheerleading curriculum is designed to fit the needs and aspirations of every child. Classes focus on developing a robust cheerleading skill set including tumbling, jumping, stunting, dance, coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, teamwork, and confidence. Classes are 1 hour a week, so the commitment level is easy to organise around other sports and activities, and there's no competition or performance commitments!

Our Emerald program is specifically designed for beginners new to the sport of All Star Cheerleading who are interested in performances!

The program provides an intro to all the fundamental skills of All Star Cheer like stunts, gymnastic style tumbling, jumps and dance in a fun, low pressure environment. Athletes will learn a classic cheerleading routine and experience the thrill of performing three times throughout the year at showcases and a local competition, building their confidence, resilience, teamwork and performance skills. Training is once a week, so the commitment level is easy to organise around other sports and activities, and athletes have the opportunity to transfer into our higher commitment teams mid-year.

Our Amethyst program is designed for beginner cheerleaders, or those in their first few years of the sport, who want the full All Star Cheerleading experience!

With two 90 minute training sessions each week and several performances every season (in our sparkly competition uniform!) your cheerleader will develop their stunting, gymnastics style tumbling, jump and dance skills. This program is the perfect pathway for athletes who want to grow their skills, from lasting friendships, and experience the thrill of competition - while feeling supported, challenged and proud of their achievements both on and off the cheer floor.

No experience is necessary for this fun class which teaches the foundational skills of gymnastics-style tumbling, a large component of cheerleading routines! Our program is built to develop the strength, technique, flexibility, stamina and body awareness required for tumbling, and develop fundamental skills from beginner through to advanced level elements. Classes are 1 hour a week, so the commitment level is easy to organise around other sports and activities.
