After the success of our Online Flex and Conditioning classes in 2020, we are proud to introduce you to CHEERFIT: The Online Strength and Flexibility training for Cheer athletes!
This program is designed with every cheerleader in mind – Whether you are a base, a tumbler or a flyer, this program has something to offer you. 45-minute sessions are structured with sport-specific movements in mind – classes include elements of Cardio, Strength, Plyometrics, Mobility and Flexibility training in every session, focussing on the Cheer athlete as a whole. Each session includes a work-out, designed by Personal Trainers familiar with the sport so that you can see the most benefit from your sessions followed by a section based in flexibility techniques to keep you feeling mobile through the competition season.
Having this program online allows us to make CheerFit more accessible to our MCA community – You can simply log in from the comfort of your home and keep your training going even when you are away from the gym! Minimal equipment is needed to help you reach your CheerFit goals.
Strength and Flexibility are needed for every aspect of the sport, and we will be releasing a series of blogs over the summer period explaining to you why this program is not your typical flexibility or strength class. CheerFit is the perfect addition to any cheerleaders training, which is why we highly recommend this for all our athletes!
