Our first event for the year is almost here! MCA will be holding our 2016 ShowOffs event on Saturday 4th June at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Albert Park. We are showcasing 450 athletes to an expected audience of over 1,000 people. There will be all star cheer teams from Melbourne Cheer Academy, as well as scholastic teams from Deakin University and Carrington Primary School performing at our ShowOffs this year!
ShowOffs is an opportunity for all of our teams to debut their routine without the added pressure of the competition environment. The night will include presentations and awards as well as raffle prizes and special offers from our vendors.
Athletes are required to arrive and check in with their coaches at 2pm in full competition uniform. Ticket sales commence at 3pm and doors will open for spectator entry at 3.45pm. We anticipate the night will conclude at approximately 7.30pm.
Athlete entry is free. Adult spectator tickets are $15 and children under 12 are $10.
We are so excited to invite guest vendors including SwitchUp! Essentials who will be selling a wide range of bows and accessories on the night. We hope you will join us on June 4th for our biggest ShowOffs event to date!
