Many of our highly qualified coaches offer private classes to provide our athletes the opportunity to further develop their skills in a smaller group or one-on-one setting, to maximise time using the equipment and allow for more specific feedback from their coach.
Coaches can provide tuition in tumbling, jumps, conditioning and flexibility, and will work with athletes to develop a training plan for them to achieve their goals.
Private classes can be booked as an individual or as a semi-private (groups of 2), and either in a half term or full term block. As these classes are highly sought after, they are only able to be booked by current MCA athletes.
